Si Kimmy ang panganay. Ambisiyosa, maabilidad at dominante. Hard-working si Kimmy, at ramdam yan sa Go Dong Hae Group of Companies.
But that’s where their similarities end. Kimmy is driven, sandamakmak ang accomplishments in life at katakot-takot ang pagka-smart. Walang sumiseryoso sa kanya, though everyone likes her more than her twin sister. Kimmy may be extraordinary, pero walang dudang special din si Dora… very special indeed.
Labis ang pagmamahal ni Luisito kay Dora. Okay na lang sana yun kay Kimmy, pero pati si Johnson – and lalaking matagal na niyang pinagpapantasyahan (to the max) – kay Dora nahuhumaling! At kahit ano pang effort ang gawin ni Kimmy para siya’y mapansin, wa’ epek… dahil Johnson’s heart belongs to none other than...Dora.
To add insult to injury, ginawa pang tagapagmana ng Go Dong Hae empire si Dora matapos mapilitang mag-early retirement ang kanilang ama! First her father, then her fantasy lover, now this business matter???
Naku! Trouble ito! Sa galit, Kimmy starts making arrangements para once and for all mawala na sa buhay niya si Dora! No more Dora, no more problem! Goons are hired to kidnap Dora -- but NO!
Joyce Bernal, with the special participation of heartthrobs Dingdong Dantes and Zanjoe Marudo, kasama sina Miriam Quiambao, Baron Geisler, Ariel Ureta at marami pang iba!
Ipinagmamalaking ihandog ng Spring Films in her first – and second – starring roles, Eugene Domingo as Kimmy… and Eugene Domingo as Dora.

Ano akala mo sakin... SALMON? " - KIMMY to albularyo
"You can take the dog out of the squatters... but you can never take the squatters out of the dog!" - Kimmy to mikky the dog
"Elena! Kunin ang cheque book! Bilhin mo yang bus!" - KIMMY
- KIMMY to DORA
"Do you work here? You're fired!.... YOU ARE SOOOO FIRED!!!" - KIMMY
- albularyo to KIMMY
- Kimmy to DORA

Kahit gaano kabigat ang problema na ibinibigay sa akin ng Diyos, mapalad pa rin ako sa kadahilanan na natutulog pa rin ako sa malambot na kama na may nakabukas na telebisyon;
Kahit gaano kadami ang problema ko sa buhay, mapalad pa rin ako dahil pwede ko munang kalimutan ito pansamantala at makinig sa mga mp3 ko sa ipod;
Salamat sa Diyos sa mga pagsubok na ibinibigay niya sa akin;
Salamat sa Diyos sa mga biyaya na ibinibigay niya sa akin;

Lyrics: Man in the Mirror
Ooh ooh ooh aah
Gotta make a change
For once in my life
It's gonna feel real good
Gonna make a difference
Gonna make it right
As I turned up the collar on
A favorite winter coat
This wind is blowin' my mind
I see the kids in the street
With not enough to eat
Who am I to be blind
Pretending not to see their needs
A summer's disregard
A broken bottle top
And a one man's soul
They follow each other
On the wind ya' know
'Cause they got nowhere to go
That's why I want you to know
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make a change, yey
Na na na, na na na, na na na na oh ho
I've been a victim of
A selfish kinda love
It's time that I realize
There are some with no home
Not a nickel to loan
Could it be really pretending that they're not alone
A willow deeply scarred
Somebody's broken heart
And a washed out dream
(Washed out dream)
They follow the pattern of the wind ya' see
'Cause they got no place to be
That's why I'm starting with me
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make a change
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make that change
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
(Man in the mirror, oh yeah)
I'm asking him to change his ways, yeah
(Change)
No message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make the change
You gotta get it right, while you got the time
'Cause when you close your heart
(You can't close your, your mind)
Then you close your mind
(That man, that man, that man)
(That man, that man, that man)
(With the man in the mirror, oh yeah)
(That man you know, that man you know)
(That man you know, that man you know)
I'm asking him to change his ways
(Change)
No message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself then make that change
(Na na na, na na na, na na na na)
Ooh
Oh yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
(Na na na, na na na, na na na na)
Oh no
Oh no, I'm gonna make a change
It's gonna feel real good
Sure mon
(Change)
Just lift yourself
You know, you got to stop it yourself
(Yeah)
Oh
Make that change
(I gotta make that change today, oh)
(Man in the mirror)
You got to, you got to not let yourself, brother oh
Yeah
You know that
(Make that change)
(I gotta make that make me then make)
You got, you got to move
Sure mon, sure mon
You got to
(Stand up, stand up, stand up)
Make that change
Stand up and lift yourself, now
(Man in the mirror)
Make that change
(Gonna make that change, sure mon)
(Man in the mirror)
You know it, you know it, you know it, you know
(Change)
Make that change
One of my favorite song by Michael Jackson.

====================================================================

Book: The Secret
…stop thinking you don’t have love. stop focusing on what is lacking in your life. start by recognizing that there are so many people around us who love us and whom we can love back! family, friends, people we work with… then you become thankful sincerely of what you already have: this wonderful people around. Then start loving. It’s an action word. start focusing your energies on making people you love happy. spend time with them, make them laugh, make them feel appreciated. then extend to other people in dire need of loving: the poor, the elderly, the abandoned, the orphans and widows. just keep on loving and loving. this way, you stop focusing on what you don’t have and you start focusing on loving people around. you end up sending signals of love to the universe. and that is what the universe will give back to you. love, in all its forms, perhaps including romantic love.
From the Book entitled, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. I can't wait to have a copy of this book. Unfortunately out of stock siya sa Powerbooks.

Health: Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, otherwise known as ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is responsible for many functions in your body.
What does Vitamin C do? Vitamin C is an antioxidant and can protect your body from free radicals, which may cause heart disease and cancer. Vitamin C helps your immune system. It helps you heal from scrapes and bruises. Vitamin C also keeps your gums healthy. People with lack of Vitamin C often develop black, swollen gums otherwise known as scurvy.
People who do not consume enough Vitamin C often develop the following symptoms: Swollen Gums Wounds that don't heal Easy bruising Bleeding Gums
If you consume too much Vitamin C, it may not be harmful. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin therefore excess amount is excreted in your urine. But it can develop symptoms such as kidney stones and diarrhea because it is an acid.
The average (nonsmoking) person should consume 60 mg of Vitamin C per day. This can be found in 3/4 cup of orange juice. People who smoke need more Vitamin C than others. Their requirement is 100 mg a day.
You can obtain Vitamin C from citrus fruits such as oranges, tangerines, and grapefruits. You can also obtain a significant amount from tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, and even potatoes.
Vitamin C is good for protecting your body. For vegetarians it is even healthier. When combined with iron, iron becomes more absorbable allowing an increased iron intake.

Health: Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B complex is a group of vitamins that includes thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B-6, folate, B-12, pantothenic acid, biotin and choline. Some of the benefits of vitamin B complex supplements include increased energy, improved or more stable moods, healthier skin, hair and eyes. The vitamins are important for proper nervous system and immune system function.
Actually, adequate amounts of the vitamin B complex group are needed on a daily basis to insure the proper function of many systems of the human body. Niacin (found in the vitamin B complex group) is found in every cell of the human body. Inadequate amounts of niacin in the diet can result in dermatitis (dry, itchy, inflamed skin), muscle soreness, cramping, exhaustion, insomnia, indigestion, mental problems, sores in the mouth and loss of appetite.
Another very important part of the vitamin B complex group is folate, known until recently as folic acid. Healthy men and women over the age of 13 need at least 400 mg per day. Women who are pregnant or nursing need more to support the growth needs of infants. Deficiencies can result in a variety of learning disabilities and growth problems.
No upper limits have been established for the vitamin B complex group. No toxic affects have been noted, except after intravenous injections of pharmaceutical quantities. When taken orally, the body uses what it needs and excretes anything that is left over.
The benefits of vitamin B complex to the elderly include improved memory and mood. No matter what their age, most people notice an improvement in memory and ability to concentrate, as well as a decrease in depressed feelings and irritability.
Vitamin B complex is used by the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose, which is then converted by the cells into energy, commonly referred to as metabolism. The symptoms of vitamin B complex deficiency are similar to symptoms of low blood sugar levels. Increased irritability is one of the first symptoms. Those with sluggish metabolisms or problems controlling their weight often benefit from vitamin B complex supplements.
Most people who start taking a vitamin B complex supplement notice an increase in energy immediately. If you suffer from dry skin or hair, it may take a few weeks to notice a difference, but you will see an improvement.
It is nearly impossible to get adequate amounts of the vitamin B complex from a typical daily diet. In addition, certain things increase an individual’s daily vitamin B complex requirements. Drinking coffee or alcohol increases the need for the B vitamins. Taking birth control pills, sulfa drugs and sleeping medications increase the need for the vitamin B complex group. It is interesting to note that a lack of vitamin B complex in the diet can lead to insomnia, which could lead someone to ask for a sleep aid, which increases the need for the vitamins. Before you reach for a sleeping pill, you may want to look at your diet and whether or not you are getting adequate amounts of the vitamin B complex group.

Health: Vitamin E
In terms of skin health and skin care, vitamin e benefits are numerous. In fact, skin care products that contain vitamin e have become an essential part of healthy skin care.
Antioxidant
First of all, because of its antioxidant activity, vitamin e is vital in protecting skin cells from ultra violet light, pollution, drugs, and other elements that produce cell damaging free radicals. It is believed that vitamin e is most effective in its natural alcohol form rather than its acetate form where it is a less effective antioxidant. Watch for this in the labelling of skin care products.
Regulator for Vitamin A
The benefits of vitamin e for healthy skin care also include its ability to regulate vitamin a in the body, which itself is important for healthy skin.
Anti-Aging Benefits of Vitamin E
Vitamin e added to lotions, creams, and other skin care products, as well as taken orally, plays a role in the anti-aging of skin. It helps skin look younger by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Also, free radicals are believed to play an important role in skin aging and therefore the antioxidant activity is quite valuable for this skin problem.
Sun Protection and Sun Burn Treatment
Vitamin e lotions provide some benefit in preventing and treating sunburns. These lotions protect the epidermis layer of the skin from early stages of ultra violet light damage. Vitamin e preparations also increase the effectiveness of sunscreens. Such lotions do not work immediately. They must be applied about 20 minutes before sun exposure in order to allow the vitamin e to be absorbed deep into the epidermis layer.
Treatment of Skin Diseases
Vitamin e can aid in the treatment of various skin diseases or skin conditions. Topical applications such as those used to treat psoriasis is one of the benefits of vitamin e. Orally ingested vitamin e can help treat erythema (a skin inflammation that results in reddish, painful, and tender lumps).
Treatment of Scars
This is one of the more controversial benefits of vitamin e. Initially, it was thought that vitamin e was very beneficial in the prevention and treatment of scarring (acne scars or surgical scars) and healing of skin from various forms of damage such as burns. Some recent research has questioned this benefit of vitamin e. In fact some studies have indicated that vitamin e creams do not help prevent surgical scarring and may actually make the scar look worse. This is in opposition to the experience of a number of individuals that claim vitamin e creams help soften the appearance of scars.
Skin Cancer
One of the most important benefits of vitamin e is the prevention of skin cancer. This occurs because of its sun protection quality and of course its powerful antioxidant properties, which help reduce or prevent sun damage.
Other
There are a variety of other benefits of vitamin e for skin care:
- vitamin e products help reduce the appearance of stretch marks
- vitamin e can help prevent the appearance of age spots
- it helps maintain the skin’s oil balance during the cleansing process
- it reduces transepidermal water loss from skin and strengthens the skin’s barrier function
Overall for skin care, more benefit is obtained from topical application of vitamin e through creams or lotions rather than taking vitamin e orally. Skin is able to absorb natural vitamin e effectively. However, taking vitamin e orally is important for the good health of other areas of the body.
The recommended skin lotions and creams by many experts are those that contain the alcohol form of vitamin e (alpha-tocopherol) instead of the acetate form (alpha-tocopherol acetate). The acetate form does not penetrate the skin’s surface well and provides less of the benefits of vitamin e such as antioxidant activity for the skin.
Why is vitamin e important for good health?
There are several benefits of vitamin e for your body. Some preliminary studies involving intakes of vitamin e higher than the daily-recommended requirement have shown that vitamin e may be useful in treating or possibly preventing:
- menstrual pain
- low sperm count
- inflammation of eye tissues
- cataracts
- restless leg syndrome or relief from muscle cramping
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Parkinson’s disease
- rheumatoid arthritis
- asthma
- various diabetes related complications and maybe helpful in treating and preventing diabetes itself
- cardiovascular disease
- prostate cancer and breast cancer
Benefits of vitamin e also include helping the body increase and regulate the levels of vitamin a in the body and as a general immune system booster, especially in older adults. Topical vitamin e might also promote good blood circulation and prevent the formation of blood clots, especially in people with diabetes.
The problem is that although it is agreed that vitamin e is a very useful and essential vitamin for humans (especially for its antioxidant activity), many of the stated benefits of vitamin e are anecdotal. There are few in depth studies available to verify some of the benefits of vitamin e claims that are being made. However, there are numerous informal reports of individuals insisting significant health benefits with increased levels of vitamin e. Further scientific study will help to target specifically whether vitamin e truly does play a role in treating or preventing the conditions mentioned above.

Senti: Everything is Waiting for You
as if you were alone. As if life
were a progressive and cunning crime
with no witness to the tiny hidden
transgressions. To feel abandoned is to deny
the intimacy of your surroundings. Surely,
even you, at times, have felt the grand array;
the swelling presence, and the chorus, crowding
out your solo voice You must note
the way the soap dish enables you,
or the window latch grants you freedom.
Alertness is the hidden discipline of familiarity.
The stairs are your mentor of things
to come, the doors have always been there
to frighten you and invite you,
and the tiny speaker in the phone
is your dream-ladder to divinity.
Put down the weight of your aloneness and ease into
the conversation. The kettle is singing
even as it pours you a drink, the cooking pots
have left their arrogant aloofness and
seen the good in you at last. All the birds
and creatures of the world are unutterably
themselves. Everything is waiting for you.

Ang Sa Akin Lang: Fortune Care Medicare
Nagkataon, na nagipit ako sa budget at hindi ako makakabayad sa June 15 which is the last payment date due before ma-terminate ang contract ko with them. I wrote a letter to their AVP for Credit and Collection for a reconsideration and I promise them to pay on July 15. But, unfortunately it was disapproved. They gave me daw 45 days para ma-settle ang payment ko. Fair enough for me naman pero ano ang magagawa ko kung nagipit ako sa mga nagdaan na araw. And besides, may date naman na nagpromise ako to pay them. Hindi pa ba sufficient iyon? Wala ba silang consideration and besides nagbabayad naman ako on-time noong hindi ako nagigipit. Hindi ba sila marunong tumingin ng records of history of payments; Hindi ba sila marunong tumingin kung capable ang member to continue his membership.
Ang sa akin lang, kapag hindi ka nakabayad sa kanila within their grace period, suspended ang privileges mo maliban sa consultation. Isang buwan lang ang hiningi ko from them. And besides minimal lang ang utilization ko using my Fortune Care healthcard.
I thought “Your Wellness is Our Business” , Business nila ang kalusugan mo PERO kapag wala ka ng pambayad it's out of their business Anymore! Wala kang pambayad, TERMINATE ka na!" How sad!
Nandyan naman ang Maxicare, Medicard, Intellicare and other HMO. They can offer such services na mayron din ang Fortune care and I think mas maganda pa ang services nila for sure.
Well, may magagawa pa ba ako? Kung termination/cancellation na ang desisyon nila. Sayang lang ang ibinayad ko. Sayang ang almost P20,000.00 na payment ko from February 2007 - February 2009.
So it's my time to inquire at Maxicare, Medicard and Intellicare.

From House sasakay papuntang SM Centerpoint then sakay ulit ng G.Liner going to Robinsons Galleria para makarating sa Ortigas.
NBP Building, along Aurora Blvd. cor. F. Roman st. Mababait sila. Malinis naman ang place nila. Maganda naman ang room ko at take note kulay Pink ito (which is my favorite color).
Carmela na sina Ronnie, Robinson, Hannah, Angie at her hubby (yata!). Mukhang mababait naman sila. Masayang kasama.
Views: Living Alone
How to Love Living Independently
© Beth Warren
Whether you're living alone by choice, the break up of a relationship, or maybe because of a bereavement, make it a positive experience by treating yourself with care and respect.
Staying Positive
You are not “living alone” - you are choosing to live independently. This is a positive rather than a negative.
Think of coming home as “returning to your haven” rather than going back to an empty house or apartment. Put some good music on as soon as you come through the door. Have things just the way you want them, without having to compromise.
Enjoy your own company in your own space.
Dealing with Solitude
Keep a journal. It helps to have some way of “debriefing” each night. If there’s no-one to share your day with, tell it to the journal. If you’re having a really bad day, write it down. If you’re having a good day, write that down too. Later on, when you’re having a bad day, you’ll be able to look back and see that the good days outnumber the bad ones.
Dealing with Depression
If you’re having a really bad day, go for a walk. It may be really hard to get out the door and you may still take your problems with you, but you’ll feel better for it and it will help you sleep. It will also make you feel better than a large block of chocolate.
Or if you really have to have the chocolate, walk to the shop to get it, then you won’t feel so guilty which will make you even more depressed.
Buy some flowers just for you.
If you feel self-pity encroaching, do something nice for someone else.
Keeping Busy
Plan some regular activities, an Adult Education class, book club, sport, concerts, theatre – anything that gets you out and amongst other people. Choose something that you really want to do and see it as a chance to exercise your mind. If you happen to meet some nice people there, that’s a bonus.
The weekends might seem very long at first. Plan one or two small outings to break them up – coffee with a friend, a walk in the park, a film.
Don’t wait for invitations, plan a dinner and ask friends, plus one or two people you don’t know very well that you’d like to get to know better.
Don’t plan a dinner that will cause you more stress than enjoyment, keep it simple and enjoy the company rather than spending the whole time in the kitchen. You can spoil the whole benefit if everyone departs at the end of a busy evening leaving you with a pile of washing up.
Start some projects, write letters to people you’ve lost touch with. Go to a book launch, the opening of an exhibition. Say hello to someone you don’t know.
And when the invitations do come, accept every one. You may be tired, you may not think it’s your sort of thing, you may not be sure about the people, but you may be surprised! Make the effort. You never know what it might lead to.
Plan a holiday – shopping and theatre interstate or a week at a Club Med resort. Or overnight near the coast. Eat out alone. Take a book so you won’t feel so self-conscious. Flirt with the waiters.
Or go to a weekend school – cooking, painting, music. You’ll not only enjoy the course but you’ll meet like-minded people.
Or just go to the local market. You’ll probably see someone you know, even if it’s just to say hello. It’s important to have human contact, even if it’s just the person serving you at the supermarket. When they ask how your day has been, ask them about theirs!
Dining Well
See independent living as a chance to dine like royalty every night. Buy a new recipe book of dinners for one and try a different recipe every night. Use the good china and have a glass of wine. Savour every bite.
If you can’t face cooking every night, cook hearty casseroles on the weekend and freeze single servings. Stock up on good quality, healthy, instant dinners. Then if you come home and you’re too tired to cook, you can grab something decent in next to no time.
If you don’t eat well, you’ll feel bad, lack energy and be more susceptible to illness, which will make you feel even more depressed.
You are in control. Start a new healthy eating program. Have treats at weekends when you know you’ve earned them. Enjoy fresh food. Experiment!

Event: BIGFISH 10th Anniversary::MOS:: INNOVATION WHITE
It’s hard to believe it has already been ten years since visionary DJ Tuck “TC” Cheah dreamed up the club brand that was to become the biggest dance outfit in the Philippines. Bigfish started with only a handful of people, but what they lacked in number, they made up for with passion. Bigfish revolutionized 1999’s burgeoning club movement without looking back, and the country’s partyphiles never looked at clubbing the same way again.
Bigfish celebrates a decade of being the leading dance production company in the Philippines with the Innovation White Party featuring Ministry of Sound, happening on June 26, Friday, at A-Venue in Makati Ave. Bigfish brings in two of the most sought-after icons in the worldwide dance community, Jon O’Bir and Christopher Lawrence

Music: Man in the mirror - Kris Allen
Man In the Mirror (American Idol Performance) - Kris Allen
Man in the mirror
Ooh ooh ooh aah
Gotta make a change
For once in my life
It's gonna feel real good
Gonna make a difference
Gonna make it right
As I turned up the collar on
A favorite winter coat
This wind is blowin' my mind
I see the kids in the street
With not enough to eat
Who am I to be blind
Pretending not to see their needs
A summer's disregard
A broken bottle top
And a one man's soul
They follow each other
On the wind ya' know
'Cause they got nowhere to go
That's why I want you to know
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make a change, yey
Na na na, na na na, na na na na oh ho
I've been a victim of
A selfish kinda love
It's time that I realize
There are some with no home
Not a nickel to loan
Could it be really pretending that they're not alone
A willow deeply scarred
Somebody's broken heart
And a washed out dream
(Washed out dream)
They follow the pattern of the wind ya' see
'Cause they got no place to be
That's why I'm starting with me
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make a change
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make that change
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
(Man in the mirror, oh yeah)
I'm asking him to change his ways, yeah
(Change)
No message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself and then make the change
You gotta get it right, while you got the time
'Cause when you close your heart
(You can't close your, your mind)
Then you close your mind
(That man, that man, that man)
(That man, that man, that man)
(With the man in the mirror, oh yeah)
(That man you know, that man you know)
(That man you know, that man you know)
I'm asking him to change his ways
(Change)
No message could have been any clearer
If you wanna make the world a better place
Take a look at yourself then make that change
(Na na na, na na na, na na na na)
Ooh
Oh yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
(Na na na, na na na, na na na na)
Oh no
Oh no, I'm gonna make a change
It's gonna feel real good
Sure mon
(Change)
Just lift yourself
You know, you got to stop it yourself
(Yeah)
Oh
Make that change
(I gotta make that change today, oh)
(Man in the mirror)
You got to, you got to not let yourself, brother oh
Yeah
You know that
(Make that change)
(I gotta make that make me then make)
You got, you got to move
Sure mon, sure mon
You got to
(Stand up, stand up, stand up)
Make that change
Stand up and lift yourself, now
(Man in the mirror)
Make that change
(Gonna make that change, sure mon)
(Man in the mirror)
You know it, you know it, you know it, you know
(Change)
Make that change
Music: I still haven't found what I'm looking for - David Cook
I Still Havent Found What Im Looking For - David Cook
I have climbed highest mountains
I have run through the fields
Only to be with you
Only to be with you
I have run
I have crawled
I have scaled these city walls
These city walls
Only to be with you
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for
I have kissed honey lips
Felt the healing fingertips
It burned like a fire
This burning desire
I have spoke with the tongues of angels
I have held the hand of a devil
It was warm in the night
I was cold as a stone
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for
I believe in the Kingdom Come
When all the colors will bleed into one
Bleed into one
Well, yes I'm still running
You broke the bonds
And you loosened the chains
Carried the cross
Of all my shame
all my shame
You know I believe it
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for
But I still haven't found what I'm looking for

-- Personality Disorder Test -- -- Personality Disorder Information -- |
Borderline personality disorder is characterized by mood instability and poor self-image. People with this disorder are prone to constant mood swings and bouts of anger. Often, they will take their anger out on themselves, causing injury to their own body. Suicidal threats and actions are not uncommon. Borderlines think in very black and white terms and often form intense, conflict-ridden relationships. They are quick to anger when their expectations are not met.
Symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder:
Self-injury or attempted suicide
Strong feelings of anger, anxiety, or depression that last for several hours
Impulsive behavior
Drug or alcohol abuse
Feelings of low self-worth
Unstable relationships with friends, family, and boyfriends/girlfriends
People with histrionic personality disorder are constant attention seekers. They need to be the center of attention all the time, often interrupting others in order to dominate the conversation. They use grandiose language to discribe everyday events and seek constant praise. They may dress provacatively or exaggerate illnesses in order to gain attention. Histrionics also tend to exaggerate friendships and relationships, believing that everyone loves them. They are often manipulative.
Symptoms of Histrionic Personality Disorder:
Needs to be the center of attention
Dresses or acts provocatively
Rapidly-shifting and shallow emotions
Exaggerates friendships
Overly-dramatic, occassionally theatrical speech
easily influenced; highly suggestible
While Obsessive-Compulsive personality disorder (OCDP) sounds similar in name to obsessive-compulsive anxiety disorder, the two are markedly different disorders. People with obsessive-compulsive personality disorder are overly focused on orderliness and perfection. Their need to do everything "right" often interferes with their productivity. They tend to get caught up in the details and miss the bigger picture. They set unreasonably high standards for themselves and others, and tend to be very critical of others when they do not live up to these high standards. They avoid working in teams, believing others to be too careless or incompetent. They avoid making decisions because they fear making mistakes and are rarely generous with their time or money. They often have difficulty expressing emotion.
Symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder:
Need for perfection and excessive discipline
Preoccupation with orderliness
Inflexibility
Lack of generosity
Hyper-focus on details and rules
Excessive devotion to work

Health: Mega care with MegaClinic at SM Megamall
For more info, you may visit their website
The first thing that caught my attention was its cleanliness.
First time ko were Dra. Chan Getrude - Dermatologist. She removed my warts (as in!) and take note 2 warts.
Next is Dra. Ria Santos - Opthalmoligst. Kaya nagpatingin ako ng mata ko and so far she advise me lang to wear protective eyeglasses.
Third, is the Da Vinci Dental Clinic. I forgot the name of the dentist na nag-attend sa akin.
Fourth, with Dr. Jose Franco - ENT. Pinacheck ko iyong tonsils ko and I found out na may butas pala ito. OMG!!!
And I will do my best para mapangalagaan ko ang aking kalusugan.
Thank you to all the doctors and staff of MegaClinic for making me feel right at home and for making me feel you really care. More power to all of you.
And I would like to thank also iyong mga staff ng Maxicare and Fortune Care. Everytime na nagpapa-schedule ako ng consultation.

Love is the answer to every question - An essay by Christine Schaefer
The Answer To Every Question
An Essay by Christine Schaefer
Love is the answer to every question.
Why are we here? Love.
Where do we come from? Love.
How do we create world peace? Love.
It may sound overly simplistic to the modern
human being, since we are want to analyze and
look for complex answers to questions. We don’t
believe that life is simple and the answers to its
problems can also be simple: love.
In truth, what are anger, sadness, pain but the soul’s
desire for love?
If we learn to love ourselves without reservation, and to love the world in the same way, the answer is simple. It is impossible, when filled with love, to be aggressive or hate-filled or violent.
When we know that we are beautiful and wonderful, we see the world through those eyes. We see the beauty and wonder in all things around us.
We don’t need to look outside ourselves for the love we seek. It has been there all along. It is the voice of our self-esteem. It is our anger saying, ‘hey this is not right for me. I don’t want this in my life any longer.’
Self-love is saying no to abuse and betrayal. It is wanting the very best for yourself and accepting only that in your life. It is healing the wounds that you have carried all your life.
Self-love is walking away from those who mistreat you, knowing that you deserve better. It is taking the risk to pursue the career that will bring you joy. It is listening to your own inner voice – the one that will always guide you to what is best. It is trusting in yourself completely.
Self-love is following that little voice within that says, ‘ooh I want to do that today.’ Sometimes it means ignoring the voice of 'shoulds' and 'have-tos.' It is believing that, when you seek what you desire and fill yourself with joy, you will also be spreading that joy to those around you.
Love will fill you up so you will know there is nothing missing in your life.
Love will lead you to every answer.
ICor. 13:4-8
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails
Physical Attraction: Is It Important?
Being hot doesn't have to be the most important consideration of a potential date, especially if you dig their personality, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be a factor (remembering that the definition of who's hot is up to you).
Most of our inclination to stray away from the physical is rooted in our own insecurities, not our desire. Not all of us want model perfect men, but we all have a formula for what makes our pupils dilate. What holds us back is a sense that our perfect hottie will not be attracted to us, not the other way around.
Sure you may be attracted to a fella online or via phone. Add pros next to those important categories, but don't feel bad if you're not attracted to him physically. Just as you may not be attracted to a picture perfect person who has no brains, it's perfectly ok to not be attracted to a person who is intellectual sexy, but physically dead. Many of us gay men get on the defensive to such comments because we think of ourselves as the physically dead, hoping someone will "see though" our physical deficiencies onto our personalities. The one cosmic joke is that most of us are more attractive than we think we are.
Rejecting the physical doesn't mean you're any less real or superficial. You are perhaps more real than most, given you aren't waiting by the sidelines to be chosen. You have a better sense of what you actually want.
Your shallow gage should be based on your own set of values. Ask yourself: What do you look for in a man's personality? What about career? Are finances important? Must he make you laugh? Are you more attracted to a thick build rather than a skinny one? The answers are up to you. You become shallow when you deviate from your own set of criteria (or don't have any at all).
Make your own formula for the ideal man, based on the qualities that are important to you. Don't limit yourself (as many of us do) on what we think we can get, go after what we truly deserve to have.
If you've been the victim of a lack of attraction, don't take it personal, take it for what it is- a non match. Only you can guard your self-worth and self-esteem. Don't open yourself up to the gay attraction meter, where we assume we are no attractive unless we pitch a perfect game. Sometimes we throw a curve ball, some times we're the cause of someone else's defeating home run. Either way, stay consistent and believe in your game. The other team didn't put you on the mound, your coach did... and guess what? That coach is you!

Ang Sa Akin Lang: Bawal Magkasakit, Mas lalo na kapag walang Pera
“Health is wealth.” This is an age old wisdom we’ve heard many times before. As the Clusivol multivitamin ad says, “Bawal magkasakit.” This roughly means “sickness is prohibited” or “don’t allow yourself to get sick.” With the rising costs of medication and hospital bills, I couldn’t agree more to that.
Kaya heto, I take Vitamin B complex aside sa Vitamin C na 2x a day kong maintenance.
Kung anuman ang resulta bukas, I deserve it.
Please help me God.
For the meantime, heto ako nakahiga sa kama.
Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Charantia, Amplaya Plus.
Movie: UP
The plot:
"The story of Up follows Carl Fredricksen (Ed Asner) who spent his entire life dreaming of exploring the globe and experiencing life to its fullest. But one day, Carl finds himself to be 78-years old and his life has seemingly passed him by, until he befriends a chubby 8-year old Wilderness Explorer named Russell. The two opposites match up for thrilling adventures as they encounter wild terrain, unexpected villains, and all the terrifying creatures that wait in the jungle." (Source: Wikipedia)
Up is going to be a CGI-animated epic movie that will try to fill the gap between the generations! Would be nice to see grandparents bringing their grandchildren to watch UP in family.

Ang Sa Akin Lang: Pigsa
Boils and carbuncles are more likely to occur in persons living in poor hygiene or living in areas where sanitation is not good. These conditions are very common in rural areas of many develping countries like india and pakistan.
Some other causes of boils include:
* Ingrown hair.
* Splinter or other foreign material that has become lodged in the skin.
* Plugged sweat glands that become infected.
======================================================================================
He advise me to take Cloxacillin (Anti-Bacterial) for 7 days then after that may follow up na check up din sa kanya. He also recommend me for a 2 days bed rest. If ever na may pus (nana) na lumabas, hihiwain daw niya (incision). OMG!!!
Hay! at isa pang hay!!!
I decided to go home to Angono, Rizal kasi dito sa place mag-isa lang ako.
Saturday, nagpa-check up ako ULIT sa Manila East Medical Center - Taytay, Rizal. Ang advise ng Doctor incision daw. OMG again!!! I can't afford the hospital bill despite of may Maxicare ako. Hmmmmm.......I'll going to check my contribution sa Philhealth! Syempre, hindi ako nagpa-admit. Tatapusin ko iyong medications ko and besides nawawala na iyong pain from groin going down.
Grabe to the Max! Parang elepante ang paa ko sa maga. (Please see the picture inserted.)
Please help me God!
I would like to thank:

THIS IS A FIRE DRILL ONLY!"

Gonna try this one! It's fun!" Ayun, nagyosi na rin ako! Peace out!

Ang Sa Akin Lang: Sick Leave
I understand that (1) Sick leave of more than 2 DAYS must be supported by MEDICAL CERTIFICATE: (2) Personal leaves must have the approval of my immediate superior and/or HRD; and that extension beyond the date covered of my leave will be considered AWOL subject to disciplinary action as indicated in Phesco policies handbook. - Source: Application for Leave of absence
And the doctor said its Cellulitis. The doctor recommend me to take antibiotics and to rest for 2 days.
I informed my superior to file/apply this for sick leave BUT unfortunately she doesn't allow me. Her reason is: walang pupunta sa BIR.
Is this humanitarian?
I'm a human not a machine!
Napapagod din kami;
Nagkakasakit din kami;
Isa siyang Demonyo!
Walang puso!
Mandhid!
